Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

June 7, 2013

I love garlic. I love cheese. I love cheesy bread. I love cheesy pull apart bread. I love cheesy garlic pull apart bread. Therefore, I scour Pinterest daily in search of new recipes for pull apart bread. This one has proved to be the easiest and tastiest one so far. It will be added to the Taylor Family Favorites cookbook, for sure!!

Read more to get the recipe, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 16 frozen white dinner rolls (Rhodes brand) (I only did 8 rolls and cut them in half. 16 would have been too many for just two of us.)
  • ½ C butter, melted
  • 1 C grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp dry parsley flakes
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
Method
  1. Remove frozen rolls from freezer and loosely wrap them in plastic wrap and allow to sit at room temperature for 45 minutes. (I did it for about 30 minutes. Too impatient and husband was on his way home from work.)
  2. Cut rolls in half with a clean pair of scissors and place in a bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter and seasonings together.
  4. Pour over dough and gently mix.
  5. Add ½ C of grated cheese and combine. (I did not have grated Parmesan so I used the finely shredded kind I had in my fridge.)
  6. You want each piece of dough to be coated.
  7. Line the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan with the piece of dough and then top with remaining grated cheese. (I used a smaller springform pan)
  8. Cover bottom of pan with foil to prevent butter from leaking out.
  9. Allow to rise in a warm place for 1½ – 2½ hours. (I preheated the oven to 200 degrees, then turned it off, and stuck the springform pan in to rise for about an hour.)
  10. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until center is completely done.
