Seriously, I could give you a recipe if you really wanted one, but this salad was so simple and delicious that you don’t even need one. I saved these salad greens just before they started to go bad, the mango that was also starting to get too ripe, and grilled a chicken breast in the pan, seasoned with salt and pepper. I, then, cut up the chicken, tossed it in the bowl with the greens, cubed the mangos, and added some slivered almonds, drizzled some balsamic vinaigrette, and voila!
Now, you go and enjoy it, too!
