Any time I need a quick, delicious, simple meal – kheema is my go-to dish. It goes with rice, naans, mashed potatoes, and Aaron sometimes just eat big old bowl of plain kheema. The ingredient list is fairly short – ground beef, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, garam masala, ginger and garlic paste. Throw in some diced potatoes, and some sweet peas at the end of the cooking process and you’ve got yourself a tasty meal in less than 30 minutes. This time, I used onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and peas as part of the veggies in this meal. You can add diced carrots, green beans, or anything you have in your fridge that you need to use up before it goes bad 😀 This kheema never disappoints!
