I have been told that when one lives in Utah, one will have to assume that there will be lots of snow. Moving from Virginia/DC, I can say we were/are definitely underprepared to handle this type of precipitation. We are used to the rainy kind. Therefore, the kids dressed up in whatever we had available, and spent forever outdoors when it snowed! Fortunately, I had found a snowsuit for Audrey at a garage sale over the summer, and she seemed quite content with it. They couldn’t wait to get outside and play!
Aaron taught Matthew how to eat snow. Matthew thought this was brilliant and tried to do it every chance he got.
The kids loved being outside and playing in the snow. I looked around the neighborhood and we were the only ones outside. I am sure it has something to do with the fact that they was barely an inch and a half of snow on the ground. For my snow-deprived children, it did not pose a problem.
No snow play is complete without a fantastic snow angel and Grace was the creator of this stunner.
