It was a great vacation! What made it more fun was having the chance to show Aaron the different parts of Los Angeles for the first time. Although it was not really as sunny as I would have liked it to be, it was much more pleasant than the weather our friends on the East Coast were experiencing. Aaron and I spent an entire day exploring and were quite exhausted at the end of it!
We started out our exploration on Hollywood Blvd, walking the length and breadth of it. We took in all the stars on the Walk of Fame, got some delicious tacos at Calle Taco, posed in front of the Mann’s Chinese Theatre, walked past the Hard Rock Cafe, and rounded out the day by taking a Celebrity Homes tour. Tip: To get the best deal, take the very last tour – they discount it quite a bit and you get to see much more since they don’t have to be back for another tour. I do have to admit that after the first few homes, the names and houses began to swim around in my brain that had turned to soup. But I did manage to take some pictures of the homes as we whizzed past on the tour mobile.
